1. 1-1/2 pounds cod or haddock fillets -
2. 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth -
3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice -
4. 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest -
5. 1 tablespoon minced chives -
6. 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley -
7. 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon -
8. Pepper to taste -

How to cook deliciously - Microwaved Cod

1. Stage

Place the fillets in an ungreased 11x7-in. microwave-safe dish. Cover and cook on high for 6 minutes; drain. Add wine or broth, lemon juice, zest, chives, parsley, tarragon and pepper.

2. Stage

Cover and cook 4-5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
