6. Chopped fresh mint (Optional) ¼ cup
7. Lemon, juiced 1
8. Extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Garlic, minced 1 clove
10. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
11. Salt and fresh coarsely ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
