Ingredients for - Mincemeat Cookies II

1. Packed brown sugar - 1 ½ cups
2. Shortening - 1 cup
3. Egg - 1
4. Prepared mincemeat pie filling - 2 cups
5. All-purpose flour - 3 ¼ cups
6. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
7. Baking soda - 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Mincemeat Cookies II

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Stage

Cream together brown sugar and shortening.

3. Stage

Add in egg and mincemeat and mix well. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda and stir into mincemeat mixture.

4. Stage

Drop onto cookie sheet and bake 7 - 10 minutes.
