Ingredients for - Minestrone Soup II

1. Bacon - 4 slices
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
4. Ground beef - ⅓ pound
5. Minced celery - 1 cup
6. Cubed carrots - 1 cup
7. Tomato puree - 2 cups
8. Stewed tomatoes - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
9. Beef broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
10. Condensed French onion soup - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
11. Water - 5 cups
12. Red wine - ¼ cup
13. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
14. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
15. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
16. Chopped zucchini - 1 cup
17. Spinach, rinsed and sliced - 2 cups
18. Uncooked spinach pasta - 1 cup
19. Garbanzo beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
20. Chopped parsley - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Minestrone Soup II

1. Stage

In a large stock pot, cook bacon and drain off fat. Add onion, garlic, and beef. When onions are translucent, add celery, carrot, pureed tomatoes, whole tomatoes, broth, condensed soup, water, wine, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in zucchini, spinach, pasta, garbanzo beans and parsley. Cook for 15 minutes and serve with fresh Parmesan cheese.
