1. 1 qt. Ocean Spray cranberry juice
2. 3 slice peeled ginger
3. 1 bottle chilled champagne
4. Fresh cranberries

How to cook deliciously - Ming Tsai's Cranberry Kir Royal

1 . Stage

Combine cranberry juice and ginger in a small, nonreactive saucepan over medium high heat and simmer until reduced to a syrup consistency. Let cool.

2 . Stage

In a Champagne flute, pour about 2 tablespoons cranberry syrup in glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with fresh cranberries, which will float from bottom to top of glass.
