How to cook deliciously - Nutty buns
1. Stage
Use the ingredients to make the yeast dough. I used the bread machine.
2. Stage
Prepare the filling by chopping nuts with sugar in a blender and adding egg white.
3. Stage
Divide the dough into 9 pieces and roll each piece into an oval. Place the filling. Pinch and flatten the piece.
4. Stage
Pieces should lie seam up. Then, each piece is folded in half.
5. Stage
Use sharp scissors to make cuts in the sides, and press the middle with the back of a knife, imitating the central vein of the leaf. Allow to proof for about an hour.
6. Stage
When the buns have risen, brush them with a mixture of egg yolk and milk.
