1. Stage
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease the molds with oil. The smaller the molds, the more of them there are. I got 10-15 at a time. Take the eggs, sugar, coffee and salt. Pour all these ingredients into one bowl and whisk or mix until smooth.

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt together with the butter. Melt it as you wish: in the microwave, in a steam bath, or simply over low heat. I chose the latter method.

When the chocolate and butter are completely melted - let the mass cool down a bit.

Now pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl with the beaten eggs, sugar and coffee. Add the flour, and beat with a whisk until smooth.

Pour the dough into the molds, it should not fill the molds completely, leave room for the cupcakes to rise, place the molds on the tray and send to the oven.
6. Stage
Bake for 10-15 minutes until done. If you get a liquid filling - no big deal, the inside of the muffins are not raw - it's chocolate, you can eat.
7. Stage
You can decorate with a mint leaf or sprinkle with powder and drizzle with the remaining chocolate glaze.
