How to cook deliciously - Ocroshka in Uzbek style Chalop

Products needed. Please note, potatoes are not used here! The soup is light, but at the expense of meat - quite hearty.

Cut cucumbers, radishes and cooked beef into julienne strips.
3. Stage
Chop the greens. Greens can be used according to your taste, I have green onions, dill, and parsley.
4. Stage
Mix the chopped ingredients, pour in kefir and broth in a 1:1 ratio. Enjoy!
