Ingredients for - Old Fashioned Ozarks Meatloaf

1. Ground beef - 2 pounds
2. Pork sausage - 1 pound
3. Eggs - 3
4. Ketchup - ½ cup
5. Fresh bread crumbs - 1 cup
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 cup
7. Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Old Fashioned Ozarks Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, sausage, eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup and bread crumbs until well blended. Pat into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Spread 2 tablespoons ketchup over the top.

3. Stage

Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Drain off some of the fat once in a while to keep spattering to a minimum. Enjoy!
