Cooking
1 . Stage
Wash and dry the wings. Put the wings in a marinade container. Chop the onion and garlic with a blender. I used a garlic masher... ...there were a lot of tears! Add soy sauce, honey and pepper sauce. It is better to marinate at least 24 hours. I marinated the wings for 2 days.

2 . Stage
Take out the marinated wings and rinse them with cold water. Dry them.

3 . Stage
Mix in equal parts soy sauce and frying oil. I used olive oil.

4 . Stage
We bathe the wings in the sauce and put them on a rack. I have 3 pieces of wings. I wrapped the thinnest part with foil. Set the oven to 200° heat.

5 . Stage
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. I had the wings cooked in 25 minutes. Be guided by your oven!!!

6 . Stage
The wings that didn't fit on the rack, I baked in a baking bag at the same temperature for 30 minutes. I thought the flavor of these wings was even more richly oniony.
