1. Crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 (20 ounce) can
2. Instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 (3.4 ounce) package
3. Orange extract, or more to taste - ½ teaspoon
4. Red food coloring - 2 drops
5. Frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed - 1 (8 ounce) tub
6. Miniature marshmallows (such as Kraft® Jet-Puffed) - 1 cup
7. Chopped pecans, divided - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Orange Creamsicle Fluff Salad

1. Stage

Stir pineapple, pudding mix, and orange extract together in a bowl. Add food coloring and stir. Fold in whipped topping and mini marshmallows. Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons of chopped pecans for topping; stir in remaining pecans.

Top with reserved chopped pecans and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
