1. Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets 1 medium head
2. Garlic, peeled and smashed 5 cloves
3. Olive oil, or more to taste 2 tablespoons

6. Penne pasta 1 (16 ounce) package
7. Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup
8. Seasoned bread crumbs ¼ cup
9. Ground cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon
10. Salted butter 2 tablespoons
11. Lemon juice ¼ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Toss cauliflower with garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread out in an even layer on a baking sheet.
