1. 4 boneless pork chops -
2. 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour -
3. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil -
4. 1 large onion -
5. 1 can Campbell's® Golden Pork Gravy -
6. 1 tbsp. spicy-brown mustard -
7. 4 c. Mashed potatoes -

How to cook deliciously - Pork Chops and Mustard Onion Gravy

1. Stage

Coat the pork with the flour.

2. Stage

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.

3. Stage

Add the onion to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the onion is tender.  Stir in the gravy and mustard and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.  Serve the pork and sauce with the potatoes.Using Campbell's Golden Pork Gravy: Vitamin A 1%DV, Vitamin C 26%DV, Calcium 7%DV, Iron 9%DV
