Cut the red fish into small cubes. Use a serving ring to cut a circle out of each slice of bread. Brush the prepared bread circles with butter.

Place an oiled slice of bread back into the serving ring. Place the fish on top, then the cheese paste and top each sandwich with a teaspoon of caviar. Decorate with a sprig of dill.
