1. 1 medium green pepper -
2. 1 medium sweet red pepper -

4. 1 package (14 ounces) smoked turkey kielbasa, sliced -
5. 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges -
6. 1 medium onion, chopped -
7. 4 teaspoons lemon juice -
8. 4 teaspoons olive oil -
9. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder -
10. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
11. Lemon wedges, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Potato-Sausage Foil Packs

1. Stage

Cut peppers into 1-in. pieces; place in a large bowl. Toss with the next 7 ingredients. Divide mixture among 4 double thicknesses of heavy-duty foil (about 18x12 in.). Fold foil around mixture, sealing tightly.

2. Stage

Grill, covered, over medium heat until potatoes are tender, 30-35 minutes. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.
