1. 1/2 pound smoked turkey kielbasa, cut into two pieces -
2. 1 large potato, cut into wedges -
3. 1/2 each medium green, sweet red and yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces -
4. 1 small onion, chopped -
5. 2 teaspoons lemon juice -
6. 2 teaspoons olive oil -
7. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -
8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
9. 1/8 teaspoon salt -

How to cook deliciously - Potato-Sausage Foil Packs for Two

1. Stage

Divide the kielbasa, potatoes, peppers and onion among two double thicknesses of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. x 12 in.). Drizzle with lemon juice and oil; sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper and salt.

Fold foil around kielbasa mixture and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
