1. Beef ribs, trimmed from a cooked prime rib roast - 4
2. Beef stock - 2 cups
3. Potato, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch pieces - 1
4. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 (8 ounce) package
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Chopped fresh chives - ¼ cup
