2. Lemon juice - ¼ cup
3. Tomato, chopped - ½ medium
4. Onion, chopped - ½ medium
5. Fresh ginger, chopped - 1 (1 inch) piece
6. Salt - 2 teaspoons
7. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Hot paprika - 1 teaspoon
9. Sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon
10. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
11. Black mustard seeds - ½ teaspoon
12. Salmon, cut into cubes - 1 (1 pound) fillet

1. Stage

Combine water, lemon juice, tomato, onion, ginger, salt, garlic powder, and hot and sweet paprika in a blender; blend until liquefied.

Heat olive oil in a pot over high heat. Add mustard seeds; cook until you hear seeds popping in the oil. Pour the blended mixture into the pot and bring to a boil.
