1. 1/4 cup olive oil -
2. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar -
3. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
4. 3/4 teaspoon salt -
5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
6. 2 cups chopped fully cooked roast beef -
7. 1 medium onion, sliced -
8. 1 medium green or sweet red pepper, julienned -
9. 1 cup sliced mushrooms -
10. 1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed -

In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass dish, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef, onion, green pepper and mushrooms; toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
