1. Salt, or to taste 4 teaspoons
2. Paprika 2 teaspoons
3. Ground black pepper 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Onion Powder ¾ teaspoon
5. Garlic powder, or to taste ¾ teaspoon
6. Cayenne pepper, or to taste ¾ teaspoon
7. Ground coriander, or to taste ¾ teaspoon
8. Ground turmeric, or to taste ¾ teaspoon
9. T-bone steaks, at room temperature 4 (16 ounce)

How to cook deliciously - Rock's T-Bone Steaks

1 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

2 . Stage

Stir together salt, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, coriander, and turmeric in a small bowl. Rub over steaks on all sides.

3 . Stage

Cook steaks on the preheated grill to the desired degree of doneness, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes per side for medium-rare. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each steak should read 130 degrees F (54 degrees C).
