1. Salt, or to taste - 4 teaspoons
2. Paprika - 2 teaspoons
3. Ground black pepper - 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Onion Powder - ¾ teaspoon
5. Garlic powder, or to taste - ¾ teaspoon
6. Cayenne pepper, or to taste - ¾ teaspoon
7. Ground coriander, or to taste - ¾ teaspoon
8. Ground turmeric, or to taste - ¾ teaspoon
9. T-bone steaks, at room temperature - 4 (16 ounce)

How to cook deliciously - Rock's T-Bone Steaks

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

2. Stage

Stir together salt, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, coriander, and turmeric in a small bowl. Rub over steaks on all sides.

3. Stage

Cook steaks on the preheated grill to the desired degree of doneness, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes per side for medium-rare. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each steak should read 130 degrees F (54 degrees C).
