1. Burgundy wine - ½ cup
2. Barbeque sauce, plus more for basting - ¼ cup
3. Cider vinegar - ¼ cup
4. Hot pepper sauce - ¼ cup
5. Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
6. Prepared yellow mustard - 2 tablespoons
7. Country-style pork ribs - 4 pounds
8. Onion Powder - 1 tablespoon
9. Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Country Style Ribs

1. Stage

Stir together wine, barbeque sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a bowl until well mixed. Place ribs in a baking dish; pour Burgundy wine mixture over ribs and coat thoroughly.

Mix onion powder and garlic powder in a bowl. Dust ribs with powder mixture; let marinate for 2 hours, turning once.

Preheat the grill to medium-low heat and lightly oil the grate.

Grill ribs, covered, over indirect heat on the preheated grill for 45 minutes, turning once.
