Ingredients for - Shrimp Chowder

1. Sliced celery - ½ cup
2. Finely diced onion - ⅓ cup
3. Margarine - 2 tablespoons
4. Cream cheese, diced - 1 (8 ounce) package
5. Milk - 1 cup
6. Cubed potatoes - 1 ½ cups
7. Frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and drained - ½ pound
8. Dry white wine - 2 tablespoons
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp Chowder

1. Stage

In a large stock pot saute celery and onions in margarine.

2. Stage

Add cream cheese and milk; and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted.

3. Stage

Add potatoes, shrimp, dry white wine and salt. Heat thorough, stirring occasionally and then serve.
