Ingredients for - Shrimp Chowder

1. Sliced celery ½ cup
2. Finely diced onion ⅓ cup
3. Margarine 2 tablespoons
4. Cream cheese, diced 1 (8 ounce) package
5. Milk 1 cup
6. Cubed potatoes 1 ½ cups
7. Frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and drained ½ pound
8. Dry white wine 2 tablespoons
9. Salt ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp Chowder

1 . Stage

In a large stock pot saute celery and onions in margarine.

2 . Stage

Add cream cheese and milk; and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted.

3 . Stage

Add potatoes, shrimp, dry white wine and salt. Heat thorough, stirring occasionally and then serve.
