4. Fat-free cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce) package
5. Crumbled blue cheese (Optional) ½ cup
6. Fat-free blue cheese salad dressing ½ cup
7. Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®) ½ cup
8. Shredded smoked Cheddar cheese 1 (8 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken in the hot oil with garlic powder until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, 5 to 8 minutes.
