1. Cauliflower, broken into florets - 1 ½ pounds
2. Buffalo wing sauce - ¼ cup
3. Dry ranch dressing mix - 1 teaspoon
4. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
5. Aluminum foil - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Buffalo Cauliflower in Foil

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

2. Stage

Mix cauliflower, Buffalo sauce, ranch mix, and oil in a large bowl until well combined.

3. Stage

Fold an extra-long sheet of aluminum foil in half to make a double-layer sheet; place cauliflower mixture in the center. Pull two opposite edges of the foil over cauliflower, overlapping each other. Fold the remaining two edges in to create a packet. Don't seal the packet too tightly; leave some room for the steam to expand.

4. Stage

Place on the grate of the preheated grill and cook until cauliflower is tender, about 15 minutes.
