Ingredients for - Smoked Sausage with Potatoes, Sauerkraut & Ale

1. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch slices - 1 (14 ounce) package
2. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Potatoes, diced into 1-inch pieces - 2 cups
4. Your favorite ale - 12 fluid ounces
5. Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained - 1 cup
6. Whole-grain mustard - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Smoked Sausage with Potatoes, Sauerkraut & Ale

1. Stage

Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium high heat for 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove sausage and set aside.

2. Stage

Add oil and potatoes to skillet and cook until golden brown.

3. Stage

Add ale, sauerkraut and mustard to skillet, mixing with potatoes until blended. Cook over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.

4. Stage
