Ingredients for - Smoked Sausage with Potatoes, Sauerkraut & Ale

1. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch slices 1 (14 ounce) package
2. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
3. Potatoes, diced into 1-inch pieces 2 cups
4. Your favorite ale 12 fluid ounces
5. Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 1 cup
6. Whole-grain mustard 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Smoked Sausage with Potatoes, Sauerkraut & Ale

1 . Stage

Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium high heat for 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove sausage and set aside.

2 . Stage

Add oil and potatoes to skillet and cook until golden brown.

3 . Stage

Add ale, sauerkraut and mustard to skillet, mixing with potatoes until blended. Cook over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.

4 . Stage

Return the sausage to the skillet, continue cooking for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Ms. Chef Esh
