How to cook deliciously - Sour cream curd cream
1. Stage
I stopped straining the cottage cheese through a sieve a long time ago, but the blender grinder makes a nice paste. So, to start, we grind the cottage cheese with a spoonful of cream until we get a paste.

Beat the sour cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar, on high speed, until the sugar has dissolved. Add condensed milk (not boiled), beat. Now we add the cottage cheese by tablespoons. And you get a thick cream. You can leave out the condensed milk if you want a familiar creamy flavor. But my sour cream was too sour, so I wanted to add sweet and dairy flavor. It came out quite interesting.
3. Stage
Here it is on a mannik, soaks well, doesn't spread, and is sweet and sour without being cloying. It will decorate biscuit or muffin base cakes or, like mine, semolina. Quick and easy cream. Have fun making your cakes!
