2. Cooking spray - 1 pound
3. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
4. Pasta sauce - 1 (26 ounce) jar
5. Chopped green bell pepper - ½ cup
6. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Garlic powder, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon
9. Sour cream - ¾ cup
10. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
11. Cream cheese - ½ (8 ounce) package
12. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Spaghetti Pie with Cream Cheese

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until brown and crumbly. Drain excess grease.

Stir pasta sauce, bell pepper, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder into ground beef in the skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
