1. All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
2. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
3. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Whole milk - 1 cup
6. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
7. Butter, melted and cooled slightly - 6 tablespoons
8. Frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained, and squeezed dry - ½ cup
9. Egg - 1

How to cook deliciously - Spinach Cheddar Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.

Stir milk, Cheddar, melted butter, spinach, and egg together in a large mixing bowl until evenly blended. Slowly stir in flour mixture to form a batter. Spoon about 2 tablespoons into each prepared muffin cup.
