Ingredients for - Sprats and peas salad

1. Potatoes - 1 PC.
2. Carrot - 1 PC.
3. Sprats - 1 B.
4. Cucumbers - 1 PC.
5. Green peas - 5 tbsp
6. Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
7. Garlic - 2 clove

How to cook deliciously - Sprats and peas salad

1. Stage

Boil or bake the potatoes and carrots. Cool and peel.

2. Stage

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and place on a plate. Grate garlic on a fine grater and add to the mayonnaise, mix. Spread 1/3 of the mayonnaise with the garlic on the potatoes, spread over the entire layer.

3. Stage

Mash the sprats with a fork along with the butter. Place on top of the potatoes, spread evenly.

4. Stage

Grate carrots on a coarse grater, place on top of the sprats. Cover with another 1/3 of the mayonnaise and garlic.

5. Stage

Grate the fresh cucumber also on a coarse grater. Squeeze out a little extra liquid. Place on top of the carrots. Spread the remaining mayonnaise on top.

6. Stage

Put green peas as the last layer. Allow the salad to stand for a while in the fridge, and you can serve it...
