1. Stage
Boil or bake the potatoes and carrots. Cool and peel.
2. Stage
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and place on a plate. Grate garlic on a fine grater and add to the mayonnaise, mix. Spread 1/3 of the mayonnaise with the garlic on the potatoes, spread over the entire layer.
