Ingredients for - Mushroom Broth

1. Water 12 cups
2. Earthy mushrooms 3 pounds
3. Celery, roughly chopped 3 stalks
4. Onions, roughly chopped 2 large
5. Carrots, roughly chopped 2
6. Bouquet garni 1
7. Garlic 3 cloves
8. Bay leaves 2
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom Broth

1 . Stage

Combine water, mushrooms, celery, onions, carrots, bouquet garni, garlic, bay leaves, salt, and pepper in a large soup pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a gentle simmer and cook until reduced by half, 45 to 50 minutes.

2 . Stage

Strain stock into a jar, discard vegetables, and your stock is good to go.
