Ingredients for - Mushroom Broth

1. Water - 12 cups
2. Earthy mushrooms - 3 pounds
3. Celery, roughly chopped - 3 stalks
4. Onions, roughly chopped - 2 large
5. Carrots, roughly chopped - 2
6. Bouquet garni - 1
7. Garlic - 3 cloves
8. Bay leaves - 2
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom Broth

1. Stage

Combine water, mushrooms, celery, onions, carrots, bouquet garni, garlic, bay leaves, salt, and pepper in a large soup pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a gentle simmer and cook until reduced by half, 45 to 50 minutes.

Strain stock into a jar, discard vegetables, and your stock is good to go.
