2. Distilled white vinegar ½ cup
3. White sugar ⅓ cup
4. Kosher salt to taste ⅓ cup
5. Red bell peppers, halved, or more to taste 3

How to cook deliciously - Pickled Peppers

1 . Stage

Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Add bell peppers to boiling water mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until peppers are softened, 8 to 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Transfer peppers and liquid to glass jars. Screw on the lids and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
