1. Potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2 medium
2. Celery, diced - 4 stalks
3. Onion, diced - 1 small
4. Water - 6 cups
5. Beef base (such as Better than Bouillon®) - 2 tablespoons
6. Cubed cooked beef - ½ pound
7. Frozen peas and carrots - 1 (16 ounce) package
8. Parsley flakes - ½ teaspoon
9. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
10. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Combine potatoes, celery, and onion in a pot. Mix water with beef base and pour on top of the vegetables. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add beef, frozen peas, and carrots. Reduce heat to a simmer. Season with parsley, oregano, and basil.
