1. Potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 medium
2. Celery, diced 4 stalks
3. Onion, diced 1 small
4. Water 6 cups
5. Beef base (such as Better than Bouillon®) 2 tablespoons
6. Cubed cooked beef ½ pound
7. Frozen peas and carrots 1 (16 ounce) package
8. Parsley flakes ½ teaspoon
9. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
10. Dried basil ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Leftover Beef Vegetable Soup

1 . Stage

Combine potatoes, celery, and onion in a pot. Mix water with beef base and pour on top of the vegetables. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add beef, frozen peas, and carrots. Reduce heat to a simmer. Season with parsley, oregano, and basil.

Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 40 minutes.
