3. Jelly 1 pack
4. Bold curd 300 gram
5. Sugar 2 tbsp
6. Sour cream 15% 3 tbsp
7. Water 100 Ml
8. Gelatin 10 gram
9. Walnuts 200 gram

1 . Stage

Fill a bag of ready-made jelly with boiling water. Pour the resulting liquid into tall glasses. In order for the jelly to solidify not in an even layer, but in a beautiful diagonal, the glasses must be placed in the refrigerator at an angle.

While the strawberry jelly is solidifying, prepare the curd layer. Mix cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream to taste. Grind thoroughly. In a cup, dilute water with gelatin, stir thoroughly and add to the curd.
