We take cookies. I had leftovers of various cookies, gingerbread, and some chocolate candy. I decided to add them too. The total weight is 400 grams.

Add the cocoa and melted butter and knead into a thick, sticky dough.

Take a mold, if it has no bottom, it is better to put foil, if it has a bottom, it is not necessary and spread the dough forming a crust with small rims. I have a form with a diameter of 20 cm.

And send it to the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes at 200 degrees. After the cake cool. Next, on the cooled cake, using your imagination, lay out the fruit. I used seasonal fruit: nectarines and plums. You can use any fruit, even tinned! You can do it randomly or create your own pattern.

Next, we take 20 grams of gelatin and prepare according to the instructions. I had regular gelatin, I soaked it in a glass of cold boiled water for 30 minutes, and when it has swollen, I dissolved it in the microwave for a few minutes. Add to the dissolved gelatin a glass of cherry juice, you can have any! And taste the mixture for sugar, if it is not sweet enough, add sugar, stir until completely dissolved. Carefully pour the jelly mixture over the fruit and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours until the jelly is completely hardened.

The cake is ready, carefully remove the mold, freeing the sides with a knife. You can decorate with sprinkles.
