1. Cooked, peeled sweet potatoes, cut into chunks - 4 large
2. Evaporated milk - 1 cup
3. White sugar - ½ cup
4. Unsalted butter, softened - 5 tablespoons
5. Eggs - 2 large
6. Crushed cornflakes - 1 cup
7. Brown sugar - ½ cup
8. Crushed walnuts - ½ cup
9. Unsalted butter, melted - 5 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato Casserole with Cornflakes

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish.

Mix sweet potatoes, evaporated milk, white sugar, butter, and eggs for filling together in a bowl with an electric mixer; beat well. Spread into the prepared casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
