1. Lean ground beef - 16 ounces
2. Taco seasoning mix - 1 (1.25 ounce) package
3. Iceberg lettuce, shredded - 1 head
4. Red onion, sliced - 1
5. Green onions, chopped - 1 bunch
6. Pinto beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Kidney beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Tomatoes, chopped - 2 large
9. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed - 1
10. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 ounces
11. Corn chips - 1 (16 ounce) package
12. Catalina salad dressing - 1 (16 ounce) bottle

How to cook deliciously - Taco Salad III

1. Stage

Prepare the ground beef as directed by taco seasoning package and set aside.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture, lettuce, red onion, green onion, pinto beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, avocado and cheese. Mix well.

3. Stage

Before serving, add the corn chips and enough dressing to coat. Mix well and serve immediately.
