1. Tomatillos, husked - 1 pound
2. Avocados, halved and pitted - 4
3. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
4. Jalapeno pepper - 1
5. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic - 4 cloves
7. Fresh cilantro - 3 sprigs
8. Red fajita seasoning - 1 tablespoon
9. Mediterranean sea salt - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Texas Tomatillo Avocado Sauce

1. Stage

Place tomatillos into a large pot and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.

2. Stage

Transfer tomatillos to a blender. Add avocados, sour cream, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, fajita seasoning, and sea salt; blend until smooth.
