Ingredients for - Tomato Aspic

1. Unflavored gelatin 1 (.25 ounce) envelope
2. Boiling water ¼ cup
3. Vegetable juice (such as V-8®) 2 cups
4. Worcestershire sauce, or to taste (Optional) 1 dash
5. Cloves 2
6. Bay leaf 1
7. Chopped onion ½ cup
8. Chopped celery ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Aspic

1 . Stage

Fully dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a mixing bowl.

2 . Stage

Combine vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce, cloves, and bay leaf in a saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and discard the bay leaf and cloves.

3 . Stage

Stir onion and celery into vegetable juice.

4 . Stage

Pour vegetable juice mixture over dissolved gelatin; stir gently to blend.

5 . Stage

Refrigerate until set completely, about 1 hour.
