Ingredients for - Tomato Aspic

1. Unflavored gelatin - 1 (.25 ounce) envelope
2. Boiling water - ¼ cup
3. Vegetable juice (such as V-8®) - 2 cups
4. Worcestershire sauce, or to taste (Optional) - 1 dash
5. Cloves - 2
6. Bay leaf - 1
7. Chopped onion - ½ cup
8. Chopped celery - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Aspic

1. Stage

Fully dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a mixing bowl.

2. Stage

Combine vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce, cloves, and bay leaf in a saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and discard the bay leaf and cloves.

3. Stage

Stir onion and celery into vegetable juice.

4. Stage

Pour vegetable juice mixture over dissolved gelatin; stir gently to blend.

5. Stage

Refrigerate until set completely, about 1 hour.
