1. Garlic, peeled - 4 cloves
2. Salt - 1 pinch
3. Vegetable oil, or as needed - ¼ cup
4. Lemon, juiced - 1

How to cook deliciously - Toum

1. Stage

Crush garlic in a mortar and pestle with a generous pinch of salt until smooth. Mix in oil as needed, a teaspoon at a time, until mixture is emulsified. Stir in the lemon juice.
