1. Butter, divided - 4 tablespoons
2. Buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed - ½ sleeve
3. Thick-cut cod loin - 1 pound
4. Lemon, juiced - ½ medium
5. Dry white wine - ¼ cup
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped green onion - 1 tablespoon
8. Lemon, cut into wedges - 1 medium

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a 7x11-inch baking dish. Melt in the preheated oven, 1 to 3 minutes. Remove dish from oven.
