4. Shredded coconut - 3 tablespoons
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Reduced-fat pina colada yogurt - 6 ounces
7. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup

Soak raisins in a bowl of water until softened, about 20 minutes. Drain.
