1. Sesame seeds - 1 ½ tablespoons
2. Chicken broth - ¼ cup
3. Miso paste - 3 tablespoons
4. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
5. Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
6. Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
7. Thai chile sauce - ½ teaspoon
8. Brown sugar - 2 teaspoons
9. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
10. Chopped cilantro - ¼ cup
11. Zucchini, julienned - 6 medium
12. Nori, cut into thin slices - 2 sheets
13. Slivered almonds - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Miso

1. Stage

Place sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly toasted.

In a large bowl, mix the chicken broth, miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, chile sauce, brown sugar, green onions, and cilantro. Toss zucchini in the dressing to coat just before serving, and top with toasted sesame seeds, nori, and almonds.
