How to cook deliciously - Apple and apricot marmalade
1. Stage
Wash the apples, cut them into slices and remove the core.

Squeeze the juice out of the apples, using a juicer. A total of 300 ml of freshly squeezed juice should be obtained.

Wash and peel the apricots.

Put the apricots in a saucepan and pour the apple juice over them. Add water and bring to the boil. Boil on a low heat for 5 minutes.

Pour the contents of the saucepan into a blender, add the sugar and whisk well. After straining, pour it all into the saucepan and gradually pour in the instant gelatin, stirring vigorously until the gelatin has dissolved.

Pour the ready fruit - gelatin mixture into the form. Leave to cool and set in the refrigerator to harden for at least an hour.

Then take the ready marmalade out of the mold and cut into cubes or rhombuses.

Roll the marmalades in coconut shavings, and arrange on a plate.
