We combine the cottage cheese with sour cream.

Separate the egg into yolk and white. Add the egg yolk to the cottage cheese and mix.

Add cane sugar to taste. Add semolina, vanilla to taste and mix.

Peel the apple and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle the apples with the cane sugar.

Put all the curd mass in the pot.

Beat the whites with powdered sugar until thick. Cover the apples on top of the protein mixture.
