1. Frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed - ½ (12 fluid ounce) can
2. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
3. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
4. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
5. Apples - peeled, cored, and sliced - 6 medium
6. Double crust ready-to-use pie crust - 1 (9 inch)
7. Unsalted butter - 1 tablespoon
8. Ground nutmeg, or to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Apple Pie with No Added Sugar

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine apple juice concentrate, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until thick and bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in apples.

Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell and dot with butter.

Position the top crust over the filling, cutting slits for the steam to escape. Trim and seal the edges. Brush the top very lightly with water and sprinkle with nutmeg.
