1. Chicken thighs - 6
2. Chicken Drumsticks - 6
3. Center-cut bacon - 12 slices
4. Salt and black pepper to taste - 12 slices
5. Onion, coarsely chopped - 1
6. Baby Dutch yellow potatoes - 1 ½ pounds
7. Dried chives - 2 tablespoons
8. Dried basil - 2 tablespoons
9. Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
10. Adobo seasoning - 1 tablespoon
11. Ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon
12. Salt, or to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Wrap each chicken piece in a slice of bacon, trying to cover as much chicken as possible. Place wrapped chicken pieces in a 9x13-inch baking dish, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle onion over chicken. Push potatoes down into the spaces between chicken pieces and around the edge of the dish.

Combine chives, basil, garlic powder, adobo seasoning, and black pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle seasoning to taste over chicken and potatoes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, until bacon is crisp and brown and potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with salt, if desired, and serve hot.
