Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 11x7-inch baking dish. Cut the fillets into six pieces and place them in the baking dish. Mix the bread crumbs, butter, parsley flakes, lemon zest and garlic powder, and sprinkle the topping over the fish fillets. Bake the fish for 20 to 25 minutes. The haddock should flake easily with a fork when done.
