1. Bay scallops - 1 ½ pounds
2. Melted butter, or as needed - 2 tablespoons
3. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
4. Garlic salt - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Broiled Scallops

1. Stage

Preheat the broiler to high heat.

2. Stage

Rinse scallops and place in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic salt.

3. Stage

Broil in the preheated broiler until scallops begin to turn golden, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with extra melted butter on the side for dipping. Spunky Buddy
