Ingredients for - Carne Asada al Cilantro

1. Dark Mexican beer - ½ cup
2. Avocado oil - ¼ cup
3. White onion, cut into large wedges - ½
4. Fresh cilantro leaves - 1 cup
5. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 cup
6. Beef skirt steak - 2 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Carne Asada al Cilantro

1. Stage

Combine beer, oil, onion, cilantro, onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a blender; blend until cilantro marinade is smooth.
