How to cook deliciously - Caviar-Madame X Salad
1. Stage
Boil the beets and carrots or bake them in the oven. Pour 250 ml of water over the couscous and cover for 7 minutes.
2. Stage
Whisk the mayonnaise (mayonnaise + sour cream) with the berries. Grate cucumbers on a coarse grater. Beets and carrots peel and grate also on a coarse grater. I did not grate the carrots this time and made a layer decoration in the form of hearts.
3. Stage
When couscous is ready, lay out the salad in layers ( I made 2 portions and 1 large salad): Couscouscous mayonnaise + cranberries Cucumber mayonnaise + cranberries

Beets mayonnaise + lingonberry carrots
5. Stage
